The New Look of Class

2008 and beyond
2007 brought a complete new look across the model line for Peterbilt. Models built in 2007 as 2008 units not only feature the new EPA mandated emissions changes, but also have new frame components, hoods, fenders, bumpers, crowns, BBC lengths and the most noticeable feature of the 388 and 389 are the new headlamp modules.
New models include the 389 at 131" BBC replacing the 379-127. The 388 at 123" BBC replaces the 379-119. The 367 at 123" BBC replaces the 357 and 378-119 in both set forward and set back configurations.. The 365 at 116" BBC in SFFA and SBFA replaces the 357-111and 357-115. The 384 at 116" BBC joins the group as a short hood 386. The 386 remains the same as previous years as does the 387 with the 387 getting a day cab option.. The 325 joins the 330 family and the 335 and 340 are unchanged except for the engine changes.

Thanks
to the folks at Peterbilt of Wisconsin-Green Bay for letting me wander
around the lot taking photos - and for the water too!
